I bought the FMP 1.8 recently and can't wait to receive it, but Im mainly using it for mp3 songs, not really videos. Doesn't it come with a warranty that if the battery is dead on arrival or dies that they will replace it anyhow?? ETA: Yes it comes with a 30 day guarantee and if you are not satisfied the only thing you lose if you return it is the shipping and handling charge.
