I-Platinum problems
 

Well i have an I-platinum from uxcell

it will not turn on i hold the play button for "long" period of time nothing
i tried flicking the on / off switch to off holding down the pause button and flicking the switch back to on and i saw a blue screen with an hour glass
as soon as i let go it went black again i tried again and eventually realized that it would only turn on when i held pressure on the on / off switch at the top like actually pressing down on it i dont think this is the intended functionality heh i cant even get it to flick on now tho maybe i pressed it down too much? i dont know but i plug it inot my computer and nothing happens it was showing up last night when i help down the on / off switch
BLECH any suggestions?

huginn , likely the on/off switch at the top has its solder broken off, or the switch is physically damaged.

Perhaps you could contact uxcell for a replacement player.
