before i order, a few questions

i am very much interested in ordering from UXCELL, expecially the GLACIER 2GB, MP4 Watch and the 12 Megapixels 3" TFT MARS Camera, my questions are:

1. Do you deliver to the Philippines? im going to use my credit card to order.
2. Since Hong Kong and Philippines are quite near, what is the total delivery time? to spare us the needless worries if it arrives or not.
