Hmmm, any player recommended?
I orderd a baby nano mp3 like 1 weeks ago and I hope that it will arrive soon
I want to buy more mp4 players from UXcell, cuz it's so cheap
I wan't to buy one of these:
Full Metal Platinum 1.8, Super i-Platinum, Platinum 2.0(just cuz of the speaker, how good is it?) or the Glacier, but everybodys glacier seems to be dead so I won't get one o.O
I want one with 1.8 inch screen, cuz I have a great denver mp4 with 1.5 srceen that rox :P maybe you know a other site to get a mp4 cheap?
What player will last longest before it get's firmware or other problems?
What player does have best batery time(not the glacier)?
What player has best quality?
Sorry if I ask much, i'll be very thankful for replays.

nanocopyuser , for video quality, there are 3 aspects to consider. The video format, the screen size, and the colour resolution.
The better format would be to use .avi or .mpg, but practically all the clones uses .amv which is lower in quality.
Also, the larger the screen size, the better the image. As you would need to heavily compress a video into 1.5" rather than 1.8" or 2.0".
The colour resolution, of course the higher the better. A 65k screen can no way beat a 260k screen.
The battery life is a total gamble, you can buy 2 same players from the same seller at the same time. But end up 1 player having half the capacity of the other.
But on the whole, a good battery in these players it seems would give about 5-6hours playtime.

Why are clones called MP4 Players, when they don`t play .MP4 at all?
It`s like an MP3 Player which plays Music CDs only.
T39 doesn''t sound as good as my T29

Aha okay, well, I don't need much video quality, just some music vids Btw, im looking for very cheap players ^^ The Teclast seems to be great, but I don't have enough money for it, and the shipping costs is 20 usd
I'm thinking of getting a Platinum 2.0, the speaker feature would rock :P Idk how good the speaker is though :P
Someone that has one of those players? (alive ^^)

If you want to save some money and dont care much about video, the Plat 2.0 is a good option, IMO. Note that it does not come in 1.8" form, uses a 2.5mm jack and its the same price as the 1.5" FMP, which uses a 3.5mm jack and fits Nano cases. But the 2.0 has a speaker. I liked the speaker feature on my Glacier, and its probably similar. Not audiophile quality but handy for listening to movies without headphones. The battery will last about the same on all these players I d say, cept for the Glacier of course, which is longer.

Aha okay....
And btw, should I order one extra pair 2.5 headphones with the mp4? and how much will I pay for the shipping for the headphones?
Maybe I could ask uxcell to add one pair more headphones to the package, and I'll just pay 2 dollars more(headphone price)

Re: Hmmm, any player recommended?
I believe Uxcell sends 3.5 MM headphones with the purchase already.

My FMP 1.8 arrived 2 days ago and I loaded the puppy up with 3 DVD movies and a ton of Music. A happy man. I like it better than the FMP 1.5's I just bought for the kid's at XMAS. They love them also.
The fmp 1.8 is a little better in my opinion as far as softeware goes. I'm still a little disapointed in the volume on all of them. Was blowing the snow today and could not hear my music. Maybe I need to adjust something....
