how to contact uxcell?
 

i buy a lot from uxcell and i got my first mp4 with problem. I turn it on and it appears to be turning on , but doesn't show the menu. and i can't use it. Same happens when i connect it on pc. I want to change it for one working. How do i contact uxcell?
