Very pleased about having received the promised replacement Glacier yesterday. UXCell came through with the full kit. Took a mere 8 days to arrive! (including a weekend). Came in the usual manila envelope, in perfect condition! Did the usual tests (had some USB connection problems, which I expanded on in another thread). They got the capacity right and it low level formatted to a true 2GB. Kudos!

I am actually very thankful that I discovered UXCell thru this site, and that I was able to buy a player like this from a company with after sales support. Had I got one of the Glacier clones from just any eBay seller or something similar from an online seller with little or no after sales support, I'm sure I would have been far less happy with the end result!

I too found Uxcell through this site. I ordered a couple FMP's (should be here any day now!). Glad to here that they stand behind what they sell. Confirms to me that I indeed made the right choice to go with them rather than eBay.
