No confirmation email??
 

I ordered a full metal platinum (1.8) from Uxcell but I never received a confirmation email. Did anyone else receive one or is that just normal?? Just wondering.

When I order on the Uxcell website I receive the following e-mail

1) confirmation of payment from PayPal (right after payment)

2) usually the next day I receive a order confirmation from Uxcell, it included the order number and order details

3) Once they have shipped the pack I receive shipping notice from Uxcell.

I recently bought another player (the 3rd :wink: ) from Uxcell and it took about 24 hours for them to confirm payment was made.

I use Worldpay with my credit card instead of paypal but the process is identical to Hotboxx's.

1) Confirmation from Worldpay (immediately after order is placed)
2) 12 to 24 hours later, confirmation from Uxcell that payment was received and order has been sent to the packing dept.
3) Email notification that my order was shipped usually 2-3 days later

The only exception is while they were celebrating thier New Year 1 order was delayed by about 4 days. I'd say they would all be back at work by now busily getting all the orders sorted out that accumulated during New Year.
Good choice by the way.. the FMP is a great little player :)

I got the confirm. email today! I used paypal as well.
