Default My i-platnum hanged


Hi All,

I'm quite quizzed at the state of my uxcell player the new 2GB i platinum player which i got just 3 days back. Eerythign was fine but suddenly y'day when i switched it on it went to a state where it has a blue screen along with the windows waiting symbol

I'm quite unhappy about the way a new player is working. Does this product has a warranty.

Any advice in this reagrds will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, there's a 30 day warranty, as I understand, so you're covered. (UXcell may not be responding at the moment, as their site appears temporarily down). It may be best for you to try to find out if its a solvable problem on your end. To that effect... does Windows recognize the player at all when you connect it to your computer?

I tried connecting it to my computer which is not able to recognize it.

Anyways sent a mail to uxcell....

When I connected to my PC it said that ther is an error and hence cannot be detected. I tried installing the drivers too but to no use.

Wondering why the Uxcell havent replied me yet and even the ADMINISTRATOR of this site is also keeping quiet.

The big thing is that a chain on whether to but this product is running in parallel just above this

Hi

I got a response from uxcell asking me to send the product back to them for investigation to HK.

Is there any way to get a replacement as the cost of sending the product back to them from london could be a big one.

Please advise. If I need to send the product should i send the whole box with all the accessories back to them ???

I'm in the same boat. I'm not sure the cost of shipping from the US is worth a new player if it's just going to break again.

I've been told to contact Keith twice (Uxcell), but no responses either time. People have hold me he could expidite the service, but no luck for me.
