Can't Track Order?
 
I received my shipping notification email on Feb. 26, but I cannot track the shipping number with the Hong Kong Post site. Anyone how much later I can check the site to see if has shipped?

I just emailed them about this- I am getting the same error too.

HI.. This all depends on what shipping type you used. If you used the standard US$5 shipping then you can't really track your order. The only way to do this is pay the (ridiculously high) UPS shipping where they issue you with a UPS tracking number to track the packages progress.

Thier order number is only for checking on the status of the order eg. Waiting Payment, Item Sent To Shipping Dept or Item Shipped

Note: UPS shipping can cost as much as the mp4 player you're buying
I'm not sure what you mean by 'an error' ?

They gave me a number to track my order with, which is why I have been emailing back and forth with them, not getting a clear answer. They tell me to track my shipment through their website, which you clearly can't.

It's really starting to piss me off. All I can say is, this Mp3 player better work.

What is the error message you are getting when trying to track your order?

Are you tracking it on UXcell's site or from another site?

I got my tracking # on Feb 26th as well. Within the Email it states that you can start tracking the package after 4 days.
I tried the first two days before noticing this. I just checked now and sure enough it's working like they said on the 4th day. It didn't work this morning but it does now.
Maybe try it again.

I've ordered with the standard US$5 shipping and yes, I could track my order.

Could you chiclete? strange.. i've never been able to.. either i'm missing something or they don't provide tracking to Australia...it just says "Shipped from Hong Kong: (date and time)" and it arrives 5 to 7 days later, including weekends

missjennifer, i understand how you feel.. thats exactly what i thought when i'd placed my first order but they came through.. the 3 players i've bought work great

i think they only give you a tracking number if you select insurance

I think it entirely depends on your country's postal service. HouseofDap shipped me my player via registered post from China, although there was a tracking number, i'm unable to track it from any postal sites (China Post or Australia Post). But the player did arrive to me and indeed it is registered with the same tracking number label.

Also, sometimes it takes a few working days for the transit to occur. The parcel may leave HK on a Monday as shown on the HK Postal website, but it maybe Thurs or Fri before it would re-appear on your country's postal site. As the parcel would be on an airplane flying somewhere around the world, enroute to your country.
