I know what you mean regarding the poor customer service. I sent back a 2gb MP4 player 3 weeks ago and Australia Post Says the its been deliverd cos it was registared.
Now i email Uxcell bout 4 times and no response. I boutght the damm thing of them not ebay.
Its a clasical problem of a 2GB player that onle has 128MB memory.
I just get pissed off when you ask them have you recived the item, or what stage are we at and you get no response.
