Problems with Glacier's 2GB

hi there

i brought a uxcells glacier... its a great player... but i think i'm having memory problems...

I deleted all files on it, and check the free space... it says 86% of free space... so I looked into disk icon in My Computer, and had a surprise

it says i have 256MB of used space, after I deleted all directories/files on my player...

so what shold i do? I want my memory back :O

Reformat. Do a low level format. Use the mp3 format tool in AMV v4.09 (in Downloads), do a full format, then low level.
