Default No more IPod clones?

I just noticed that Uxcells website does not list any IPod nano & shuffle clones anymore. Wonder if Apple is turning up the heat?

Apple came with a gun and said 'No more 1/4 price Nano lookalikes' lol

but ya, what happend? the FMP 1.8 was like UXcell's best player. :|
