Shuffle Clone.. need help
 

Ok,
here goes a stupid question

I bought a shuffle clone on uxcell, but

HOW do i Connect it to pc? i can't see where is the USB device.

CAn someone explain me how to transfer files to it?

It is not such a stupid question at all.

I also bought "Le CLip" from Uxcell, and I received it yesterday. They included a USB extension cable instead of a 3.5mm plug USB to USB male. I have contacted Uxcell and asked them to send the good cable. Untill then Le Clip stays Le Useless.

Ahh, So is this, it connects to pc through the 3.5mm connector.
It was driving me crazy.
It's really useless, uxcell also sent me a extension usb cable, i will send a e-mail to then now.

Today I gor a reply from Uxcell, I think they don't know excactly what is going on because they asked me to send a picture of the Clip and Cable. I just sent then the pictures. I trust Uxcell on this, they will solve the problem.

I received 6 Le Clips all with out the data transfer cable
Several emails to Uxcell and several replies but still no closer to getting the leads sent out
COME ON UXCELL - GET THIS SORTED AS IT SEAMS TO BE A COMMON ERROR ON YOUR PART

they replied my first e-mail. So i did like Hotboxx and sent them pictures of how the cable was suppose to be. Now i'll wait for an reply.

Can you post some pictures of your players and images of what you got with your player with your post? I would be interested to see what you got and also I can tell UXcell about it as well.

This I what I received. I have sent the same pictures to Uxcell allready, as a reply they asked my order number, since then no news anymore.
