Glacier MP4/MP3
 

My new Uxcell Glacier 2g is only playing the MP3's that I loaded into it and not the MP4's. The Mp4's show when I look on the PC but not on the player. Any suggestions anyone?

Is it because I have 2 different formats in the same folder?

Brits , these players usually play .mp3 .wma .wav music files only. .mp4 format is not supported by the player, hence it does not play in the player itself.

I don't understand why as it's actually got MP4 player on the device!
Still a pretty cool piece of equipment for the price anyhow

Well... they represent "the spirit of an MP4"... IOW, they "hint" of Mp4. But no, as Lattesurf pointed, they don't actually /play/ mp4's. Convert your mp4 videos to AVI, and then convert your AVI to AMV, and they'll play. If they are music mp4's, convert them to mp3.
