Problem with Glacier !!
 

I´m having a problem with my 1GB mp3/4 Glacier player. If i run player, it crashes and sandglass stays on the desktop. If i connect it to my computer, it opens the "safely removal hardware" tool on the taskbar (bottom right). in "My computer" there is no sign of player. I opened the format tool, but there is no drive to select.

Any solutions ??
