Glacier RMA
Anyone here know how much its going to cost for me to ship this thing back to Hong Kong and how long it usually takes?
I have a Glacier that arrived with bad memory (only reporting 103MB) and after numerous emails I finally received an RMA number. I'm not looking forward to having to wait for shipping each way plus however long it takes for them to diagnose the problem.
