Did you used the file LST-026A(XCELL).bin for the i-nickel.I tried it and work fine .you must turn off the player and wait 10 sec and turn back on.

i have this problem too, and using the LST-026A(XCELL).bin did not resolve the issue. is there maybe an older version?

Guys,

Just bear in mind that if you try to update the firmware on your player with an incompatible firmware - therefore resulting in a 'dead' player, then you have to understand that this isn't something that is covered under warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty will cover for defective part or labour for their product. If it's a production fault or that a component isn't working or found defective, then that is something that is going to be covered under warranty.

However, flashing/updating your player with an incompatible firmware, is not going to be something that is warranty related.

I don't know what the full specs of UXcell's warranty, but I know that is the 'standard' warranty disclaimer that we get here in New Zealand.

So just be careful when flashing/updating your player with an incorrect firmware.
