MP4 MP3 FM RECORDER VIDEO PMP TFT 1.8" LCD Player 1GB

I can't use my new MP4 MP3 FM RECORDER VIDEO PMP TFT 1.8" LCD Player 1GB with my Mac OS 10.3.9. I was able to re-format the flash disk unit with SOS Disk Utility and able to copy files on the player. But I still got a Disk error message on my player if I want to play music or video. I can use my radio option and hear music.
I ask the sller on eBay if it was a macintosh compatible problem and he said no, it is suppose to work properly with mac OSX, windows and linux technology. This is the product i bought MP3 MP4 player on eBay
