My experience with Uxcell
 

THE GOOD:
- Ease of ordering on the web site
- I found their customer support (info@uxcell.com) to be actually very decent and responsive
- Orders are handled promptly (when the product is available) and products arrive fast from HK (to the USA) - 5 business days max. once they leave HK
- Uxcell refunds money quickly (I used a PayPal account)
- Prices are very competitive
- The i-Nickel I got works great

THE BAD:
- Uxcell is very vague when it comes to delays in shipments
- Uxcell charges for the full order even if the product is not available
- The tracking on Hong-Kong post stops when the unit leaves HK
- You have to pay for shipping defective units back to them. I know this is standard practice, but obviously there are many - too many! - defective units
- I asked to switch units from a Spectrum to a Glacier, they told me they would do it and they still sent me the Spectrum (which I wish they had not - see THE UGLY)

THE UGLY:
- The FM Radio of the Spectrum unit I got does not work, I have to send it back
- Many other MP4's have technical problems, so buyer beware and buyers should read this forum!
