Uxcell customer service it is strongly occupied, long is silent, therefore has decided to write here.
On a Uxcell site I have chosen the goods necessary to me, have written down them on a card, and have chosen Paypal as payment method.
Uxcell has redirect me to Paypal
I have entered the password and have paid the necessary sum
In 2 days I see:
message of Paypal in my mailbox

I informed number of transaction which has allowed me Paypal and the address from which I there am registered
Uxcell speaks, that cannot find my payment, Paypal speaks, that it is unclaimed
What have I made incorrectly?
Can be, the reason in my bad English?
Learn me, please, how correctly to buy the goods at Uxcell, using Paypal as a method of payment
