2GB "HEXAGON' from Uxcell.com

I purchased a 2GB "Hexagon" from UXcell.com (7 business days from China).

I was wonering how many people checked to see if their player really had a Nokia battery (as advertised) inside. When I went to push in on the battery compartment tab to slide the battery cover off, I didn't notice my pointer finger was placed right in the middle of the TFT screen. To make a long story short, I broke the glass 10 minutes after taking this player out of my mailbox...bummer...but the screen still works.
Anyway, I wanted to know if anyone has noticed any MPX players playing MONO, and not STEREO? Mine plays in mono. I got an email from uxcell.com's tech support, and they suggest using a different headphone. I had already used real iPod headphones on it to no avail...the thing plays mono. The voice recorder sucks bad, too. I get mostly muffled static on recordings. I am going through the tech support route before I complain about uxcell.com.
Has anyone else tried the "Hexagon" model? Mine has 2GB of RAM, and an SD card slot, which I found out you can't read SD card and the RAM at the same time...it's either one or the other.

You need to get your wording right,
"2GB of RAM" Its not ram , If it were ram it would be ultra highy speed and capable of running windows with a decent processor , You mean memory , Not RAM .
No 2 Did you actaully break the screen?? "I broke the glass " You can get replacement glass screen covers from UXCELL cheaply.

Excuse me...my player has 2GB of memory. I hope this clears up all the confusion. I think there are 2 typres of memory...ROM and RAM. I would say my MPX player has RAM, but whatever.

RAM stand for "Random Access Memory". I think I can randomly access the memory in my player...it must be RAM. ROM stand for "Read Only Memory". It has to be one of the two.
