Default My last surprise....firmware problem ?

Well....it started few months ago when I bought 2 I-Platinum 2Go players from a Uxcell reseller. First surprise, one player as a 1.8 headphone jack on the side and the other one a 2.8 h. jack on the bottom.....

Second surprise, the battery of the first player went dead after 3 recharges and the second one after only one !!!

Third surprise, the reseller went out of business with Uxcell......try to get batteries on warranty....but decided to bought it to get it faster.....bought only one to begin......I install it on the first player, works well (and still working), then ordered the second one and...

Fourth surprise, battery is not the same in two players....got to go on dispute to solve the problem and get the correct battery....Install it (after damaging my player's body because no instructions and different mounting as the other one), and turn the player on, listen to it until the battery run's empty and recharge it....player is now full charge and I decided to add some songs in it.....then after disconnecting it with the device manager as I'm supposed to, I turn on the player and.......

Fifth surprise, after it boots on all the menus are running randomly fast, non stop and I cannot do anything to stop it.....

I went to Uxcell website to try to get some help and I decided to upgrade the firmware....hey hey good luck my friend.....it brings me here trying to find it.....but it seems that company as no control on what they are selling, so it is very difficult to get the right advice to repair the same player model, because of the many different versions of it.

So please if anyone have any idea of what I should do now.......

I've been use my player for a total of 4 hours since I bought it.....It is very expensive hours for a "cheap" player regardless of the amount of time lost in communication.......All I want is the player to work for a while for me to be able to do what it's made to do !
