Platinum V3

I purchased a Platinum V3 and was wondering if you guys could help me out with it...

When i convert video with the included software it only plays for 5 seconds then freezes, and i have to restart the player.

Also, the speaker sounds horrible.. it just crackles...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

You might try formating the player using the memory hack guide. I have a feeling you might find out your player isn't all you paid for.
