Default over a month, no glacier and getting excuses


I ordered a glacier over a month ago and still never got it. I emailed them about it, days later I got a reply that it was sent out just give it a few days, so I did. i gave it over a week and got nothing. so I emailed again and was told to see if the post office has it, so I did, and they didnt have it. they told me if they have something for a customer pick up they leave a card in the mail box. so I emailed uxcell again and was asked for my address, Iemailed the address back, then they told me to go to the post office AGAIN.

And I also have a dead i platnum from uxcell too. I ordered 4, 1 went back the same day I recieved it because it wouldnt turn on, and they told me that it dould take about a 2 weeks for them to check it out and do the paperwork and other crap before they even sent out a replacement. Now I got another one that wont charge, and Idont know how long the warranty is for because Icant find them on the site anymore.

I havent delt with a company with such lousy customer service in my entire god damned life!

Sorry to hear you're having problems with UXcell.

I know in the past, if customers had real problems, we could email Keith at UXcell, however, he's left now, so I have to try find his replacement. He was the Promotions/Advertising Manager and really looked after MyMPxPlayer.org really well.

What email address did you email your enquiries to? Did you use info@xcell.com? Try that if you can, Keith told me that would get better responses.

Can you post us your order details? I'll see if I can find someone at UXcell who can help more? I'm going to start by contacting Keith who used to work at UXcell.

Wow, I guess I am not alone. Sorry to hear all your troubles. It does seem like Uxcell doesn't follow the same guidelines for Customer Support as in America. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Good luck, I wish they would just redeem themselves to us. This is exactly why I won't bother sending mine back.

Same happened to me, ordered 4gb glacier on 18th August, money was duely taken same day. Heard nothing about delivery , so emailed them 10 days later and was told item was despatched 28th August. Its now 28th September and still nothing. Did email them at info@uxcell.com but was told same as you, check at local post office, which seems to be their stock answer. Have ordered other players from them without problems before, but no more......Buyers beware!!!!

Yep, have filed an enquiry with the Hong Kong post office and also asked Uxcell to look into it, so will wait and see what happens.
