At me the player has died, the guarantee was terminated

Has written to a support service 4 times for 5 days - the answer is not present

Tell, whether repairs Uxcell players after a warranty period?

Whether somebody has experience of sending of the player back to Uxcell for repair?

P0MAH , i've not heard of anyone sending their players back after the warranty period. Perhaps you'll need to wait for uxcell's reply on this.

However, i don't think it's worth to send the player back for repairs. Since it is already out of warranty, that means you'll need to pay for two-way postage (to and fro). Plus you'll need to pay for the repair/replacement costs. All these costs added up, probably would be enough to buy a new player instead.

I have received the answer (after 5 day waining)

Expenses of repair 10 $

Transfer 4 $

The player cost = 25 $

Transfer of returning free-of-charge because I want to order in them still something

I think, it is better, than to throw out the player

Probably, I shall try

One excites me - whether the player will reach firm, therefore I and have asked the question, whether there is at somebody a similar experience
