I got the same mail this morining as well. I haven't been able to find out who I was talking to, it seems that I am dealing with someone else now as the grammer and writing style is much different.
It's good to find out that this is finally handled but, it pretty bad that I had to call them out pubicly and get you involved for this to be sorted out. If I didn't im pretty sure I would be back at the same place where I started and getting the same excuses from them. It kind of seems like they are trying spin this whole mess and put a good face on it so as not to loose customers. But, whatever as long as I get a player with 2gb and all my return shipping money back I will be satisified. |

I got a shipping comfirmation from them the other day and it says they sent me a 2gb i-nickle. I guess the 4gb one they said they were sending isn't comming. But whatever, I guess I will find out when it gets here.
They have recieved my player and I still have not been refunded for return shipping... I wonder if I ever will. :( |

They have had my player for several days now and still no refund on the return shipping, they are not respoding to emails either. Accoring to them they cannot issue me a partial refund becuase paypal will not allow them to because I had a open dispute with them. Still getting the same BS from these useless chinese a-holes.

Well I finally got my return shipping refunded. I had to go on the live chat and bitch and these useless lying scammers to finally get it. I had to yell at them this moring and was told all this crap about no one was there to refund my money. Fine so i wait till later tonight and still nothing. So I contact them again and they still say they cannot refund my money. Then they start on the lies again on how they only recieved my player 2 days ago. But in their emails to me they admited they recieved more then 2 days ago. USPS tracking cleary states that they recieved it 6 days ago. They start on the lies again and say thats when it arrived in Hong kong.
stella: it delivered in HongKong stella: not our company "Stella" like that is even this persons name, BTW same person I spoke to more then 12hours earlier. I guess "Stella" works 24 hours a day. I gaive her the detailed tracking information the cleary shows the exact date and time the package arrived in Hong Kong, when it left customs, and the date and exact time it was delivered to them. She then shuts up and has nothing to say. By now I have completly had it with these people and tell her I am sick of all their damn lies, and scams and just to refund my damn money right now. They had 6 days to get the refund sorted out and they couldn't do that. About 30 seccond later I had my money. I have to say this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is complete BS, they will not stop lying and they will not stop with the damn scams. They won't do anything for their customers unless you keep on them and twist there damn arm until it's about to break. Stay away from UXcell, they are the worst company you will ever have to deal with. They will screw you and try and steal your money if you aren't on their ass 100% of the time. I am still waiting on the player they sent in exchange, they claim it has "100% authentic flash memory" I guess I will find out if and when it ever gets here. They still claim that there is no way for paypal to issue a partial refund.... |
