dead platnum

I have a 2 GB platinum black on front metal back the chip inside says aij209h It wont power on at all on or off the usb I tried the chip thing from the dead player recovery guide...nothing

any ideas I guess Ill try a different usb cord

I'm having the SAME Problem....

mine is a glacier.... I loaded on a new full firmware which somebody TOLD ME WAS THE RIGHT FIRMWARE; but obviously wasn't because now it seems as though my player doesn't turn or show any sign of life.....

and that's with a good batter yO_O....

I'd like to know because so far the my ebay seller has not replied to me about a refund or exchange yet....

any help for us two guys heree?
