Dear All,

I have a Wrist 4GB MP4 Oled named : ALAMO (I have the 4GB version with OLED display - not TFT)
(for a sample picture see ALAMO Wrist)

How determine the appropriate firmware and technical content of this wrist?

Thx for helping me to begin

Hi there, I also have a 4Gb Sonya version of the same thing.

You can find the firmware in the system menu if it has one, and there should be a system info menu item. The firmware version should be listed there.

For my own one I can supply the following details

Core : ALI M5661C (ref CHIP : 08 )
Mem : Hynix HY27UV08....*
Mpg : *.MTV
BIOS : 03.50.00

*(rest of the serial is obscured by a sticky pad film to tac the screen to the board.)

Are there ANY tools or *.MTV compressors that allow for higher bit rates and or higher frame rates than 15fps?

I know that *.MTV format is falling out of favour, and I only payed £44 quid for this, but if someone can supply some tools for BIOS editing, would nice?
