I have copied a few jpg successfully to my player. When i connect the player to my system, im able to view them present.
But when i use my player and go to the view jpg menu, the player restarts !!!! any solution?

Can you try downloading the sample .jpg, .gif and .bmp files we have on our site? Load them onto your player and see if you can play them.....

Let me know what the result is.

What is player capacity?
How much of it is used?
Did you buy it on ebay?
Try switching it off/ on.
Finally, what resolution pic did you put on there? E.G. 128x128, etc.

I have the same problem, I did this to fix it
Delete all the images using your pc (DO NOT FORYOUR PLAYER) then unplug it and try opening the pictures section on it from the menu, it will say there is no files, now put some pictures in your player and they will work, that worked for me, may be for you it will .
