Music Player Option
Hi all!
When I listen to Music on my "JFF mp4 Player" I can only click forward and backwards the songs, but is it possible to click forward/backward whole folders (I have a folder for every band)? Fabs |
Re: Music Player Option
Hi Fabs,
I am not sure what a JFF player looks like but I have a nano clone, in play mode while playing tracks you can only scroll through tracks at the bottom of the screen, even if in folders it will eventually scroll through all tracks but is a slow process. To scroll by folder you need to stop music and press the menu button then you can scroll to folder you want and pressing the play button will play that folder. Be sure to set repeat to normal for this to work. Hope this helps. |
Re: Music Player Option
Hi, thx for the answer.
I dind't find a picture of my player on the internet, but the menu looks like this: http://www.mympxplayer.com/files/fir...n-solution.jpg I only can scroll through the songs... Isn't there a "update" or an extra tool for displaying a list that displayes all folders and let you choose a folder on my player? Fabs |
Re: Music Player Option
I think most of us 1.5" nano-cloners agree that the browsing capabilities of these machines are THE weakest link ...
If any smart alleck would come up with a solution for that , it would be greatly appreciated ... Perhaps throwing colours and illustrations overboard in favour of a faster working system ...? I know they are one third of the price ot the real ipods but I feel the soft- and firmware can do with some speeding up ... |
Re: Music Player Option
It is a pity that these players do not support the explorer style folder view, because syncing both itunes (there is a plugin available somewhere) and Windows Media Player with the mp3 causes it to have sorted files and folders. Having just a massive bunch of mp3's and wma's in one folder does get tiresome because although you can set the mode to random, it is not entirely random, for example I have 103 mp3's on my player, and I end up listening to the same song after about 7 tracks. But hey, its a cheap player, its not an ipod, and its pretty impressive for the dosh (I love the tempo play! slowing and speeding up songs :) )
