perhaps he means download it to his player

you need the mp3 player utilities 3.68 and you will be looking for the "MP3 upgrade tool"

If what you mean is:

at the top you will see an icon "upload".

When you say "session" do you actually mean "section" instead?

If you still need more help, just reply back. I'm sorry but I think when you say "session", it would mean two things. either you want to upload your firmware to this site, or you want to upload the firmware onto your player.
