MP4 1.5" 1Gb ITALIAN Correct Language Firmware...

I've correct the firmware of my mp4 1.5" 1Gb player because have bad Italian menu language, most probably electronic-translation...
The info firmware are:

How is it possible to backup & restore the firmware?
I received no software with the MP4 Player?

I'm olso having problems with IDtags? Some song is correctly displays the TAGS meanwhile others print strage characters...
