budi_holi

Reloading the firmware won't put the folders back on your player.

Are you having problems with your player? If so, can you explain to us what the problem is and whether you've done anything before the problems started happening (ie: try to update the firmware).

budi_holi, Is your player working otherwise, can you still turn it on and off, see the menu's etc?
Have you unplugged it wthout a safe removal?
If you can see it in explorer right click on it and select Properties>Tools and do an Error Check with both options. Then format the player by right clicking and selecting format. Then make a new folder and try some new music.

budi_holi, Copy and paste the folder, dragging and dropping may only be creating a shortcut.
