Yup i'm at the part where i wrote him a quick message.

I put this 'I know that the Mp4 was hacked. I tried to put more then 100 songs on it and it would not let me. I also formated it and was wrong. Not enough space for more songs.'

Remember to mark you calender. If he fails to communicate with you within a certain amount of time and resolve it, you can escalate the dispute. If you don't escalate and the date passes, you cannot continue the claim.

Sounds good to me. Just remember if he contacts you to resolve it, don't let him bully you. Some sellers blame it on the buyer for formatting and act like you don't know what you're talking about. They will also act like they are innocent and don't know how something like that could possibly have happened. Stick to your guns.

If he's an honest seller and he got ripped off by the supplier, he will try to make it right with you, not blame it on you.

He said'the mp3 player is not hacked or misrepresented in any way i have sold over 300 of the same players on e bay and would have a lot of complaints about this if it were true. it says not to try and reformat the memory or it will harm the player and you did so the warranty is void as stated clearly in my listing. also it says it will hold up to 1000 songs and it depends on the size of the file. it is 4 gb. and thats what it holds. you are not suppost to format it they are ready to go right out of the box. you messed it up there was nothing wrong with it or the others i have sold.or i would have bad feedback and no customers'

'It is misrepresented you say it will hold 1000 songs. But it really only holds 100. Well I saw on some of your feeback that you also had negitive feeback. it was about the mp3 player. It is to hack. It does not hold 1000 songs only 100. Also when i uploaded songs to the mp3 player some of the songs did not fully play. I know for fact I had the whole songs. But it didnt not play on the mp3 when i tried playing them. I did nothing wrong.'




What the heck do i do????

Formatting will NOT hurt the player. He's trying to bluff you and obviously lying. That whole thing about voiding the warranty is a load of crap. He will start receiving negative feedback before too long. Wait a day or two and if he doesn't respond to your Paypal complaint, escalate it.
