Now you have an MPx player, what else would you buy for it?

A simple poll/question.

To those who already have an MPx player.

Now that you already have an MPx player, what else would you consider buying for it (if any)?

First thing I do with any electronic with a screen is apply a clear protective film over the screens, and/or the unit itself.

I go to office supply stores and purchase the PDA sheets of clear, and just cut my own templates. For the Nano clone, it comes with a clear film overtop it. I recommend taking that plastic off, and using it as a template to create a clear film to protect the unit from scratches :)

You need practice at this, as if you do it crappy, it will get bubbles in it a lot...

At least just do the screen though I'd say....and upgraded headphones seems like a must....the ones that came w/ mine sucked. I luckily had a pair of retractable ones with the 2.5 plug, and they sounded a lot clearer.

I bought an FM transmitter so i could listen to it in the car. Very cheap and work well. Hell of a lot cheaper than a multi play cd. A must!

Papa Bear.

I agree. I just got my FM transmitter for my car and it's great! It also has a stand that holds the player in place and plugs into the cigerette lighter. Saves having to carry around heaps of cds and changing them all the time.

Plus, I have those crappy Jap radios which doen't pick up all radio stations, so I also use the FM function on my MPx player through the FM transmitter wireless so it plays FM radio on my car stereo! (???!!!)

Hi everyone, i just bought my MPx 2 days ago. Today i accidentally throwed it to the floor and the glass protecting the LCD just jumped away from it. When i took the glass, it had some kind of glue on it, so i just placed it back again where it was and i fixed it.
Conclusion:
I'm thinking on buying some glue, it's well assembled as my english.

Oh, good to know there are more users from Argentina! (though he has just 1 post :P )

Well, I'd love to have a skin to cover the device, as the plastic that comes with it is not enough to protect it from most of the dangers of carrying the player everyday from home to work, and when going out..etc.

I actually want to buy some of those ear plug earphones, the soft rubbery one sthat actuall sit in the ear, but i cant find any with a 2.5mm jack. Any one kneo where i can get some?

Papa Bear

It's hard to find ones with 2.5mm jacks. You might be better of getting a 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter instead and then getting the good soft rubbery ones you wanted in the 3.5mm jack size. This can then also be useful for other devices too.
