First thing I do with any electronic with a screen is apply a clear protective film over the screens, and/or the unit itself.
I go to office supply stores and purchase the PDA sheets of clear, and just cut my own templates. For the Nano clone, it comes with a clear film overtop it. I recommend taking that plastic off, and using it as a template to create a clear film to protect the unit from scratches
You need practice at this, as if you do it crappy, it will get bubbles in it a lot...
At least just do the screen though I'd say....and upgraded headphones seems like a must....the ones that came w/ mine sucked. I luckily had a pair of retractable ones with the 2.5 plug, and they sounded a lot clearer.
