NEW MP4 HELPpp
 
HI...I just got my new mp3 player from ebay. its 2 g, 1.5 screen from china/hong kong....Please help....

The only thing that appears after its loaded is a music page adn the nothing else, when I click the right button, nothing happens, tried the left buttton nothing happens..tried the menu buttons, some toher screen comes but i can't go up and down...Please help me!

Also, what program does the mp4 need!? like ipod has itunes to manage its songs, list etc..what about mp4?

JonnyLev1, Can you leave a link to a picture of your player so I can see what type it is and the button configuration.

Hey, IT works now...I think the problem is with the buttons..there soo stupid..You have to press em soo hard...and I don't understand sometimes how to wokr the things...IS there a way I can fix thebuttons? like open the mp4 and tighten it up???

Also, what program does this mp/mp3 use?? How do I manage my videos/songs etc on it...Like wihta the ipod, you have itunes etc..please tell me

There isn't an actual management software for managing your songs/videos for your player like iTunes. There is one as part of MP3 Utilities 4.00 but it's not that perfect.

I suggest the easiest way is to just copy the files directly onto your player using Windows Explorer. That's the most simpliest way of doing it.

All tools for your MPx player can be downloaded from the [Downloads] --> [Tools] area of this site (on the left hand side main menu bar, you'll see "Downloads").
