fenoamby, The firmware you are upgrading to is not right for your player. It is impossible to tell you what firmware you need by looking at your player. The chances of you upgrading to 3.5.37 are very slim, you may also kill your player so be very careful. Also upgrading to 3.5.37 will give you no new features it will most likely be exactly the same as what you currently have.

I open my mp4 player, and i solve the problem of the display on the chipsets.

I found 3 chipset :

1/ ATJ 2085
F3079AB53K

2/ SP3767hn
06CS04

3/ SAMSUNG 619
K9K8C08U0A
PCB 0

I'm watching everywhere on the green card but i only found : Rev 3 write on it. No id number.

I'll post a screen of my mp4 open.

Thank you for your help.

fenoamby, I have no idea where to find the ID some boards do not even have any. If you have backed up your original firmware you should be able to restore your player with that.
