Hey Terrah89, more details of your player along with pictures would be good. As far as I know I can tell you that adding more games should not be attempted, you can kill your player. Also, I would say that most people dont have a 3.5" player on this forum most of us have ipod nano clones with 1.5" or 1.8" screens so the possibility of finding one in hebrew gets even harder. I dont know who will be able to help you with that.

PMP's have a totally different board to what the MPx, MP3/MP4 players have. If you software doesn't need conversion, then I'm about 99.9% sure it doesn't use the same board as the MPx players on this site.

I have some PMP's as well and it's very hard, almost impossible to find any tools to modify them with. I've even asked the manufacturer and he is unable to get this from me as they buy the chip/boards from the manufacturers who don't release this information. This is to protect their product and if they only have the tools, then the only ones that can change it is them which will charge for. Economics I guess.

I do find some, I will surely post it on this site for you and everyone else.
