naveenkumar, I have not heard of anyone recovering their memory once it is lost. Players that have this problem usually have a fake memory chip that has been hacked so that it appears to be larger than it really is. In your case your 2GB chip may really be onl 512MB.
When a hacked player is formatted it can remove the hack and the true size of the chip is revealed.
Can I ask why you formatted your player, were you having problems with it?
