Need help broken glass - no solution found
 

Hello,
After few days of playing with my ChinaPod http://www.mympxplayer.com/album_showpage.php?pic_id=56
I mistakenly cracked the screen.

I read the other threads and did not find the solution.
I went to all clock repair shops in the city... but the plexi they offered were half the size of the screen I have.
I called the best glazier here and he said the thinniest glass he has is 3mm I even went the the optic's but they said it is not possible becasue their machine cannot polish good enough and recommended me the glazier...

Maybe you can help me out? I mean maybe you have better glaziers or clock repairers out there? I will pay in advance for sending the glass or contact to manufacturer? I am afraid to use the player now not to make any other scratches on the plastic screen.

kowal, The only other place you could try is a mobile phone repair center, failing that I do not know where else you could try.

I am not sure how big the iPod glass is but you should be able to get a replacement glass from an iPod repairer and have the gazier cut it to size for you.

where can I find a Ipod repairer in the city of 50.000 inhabitants.

Hi Kowal

Let me know the exact size of glass in "mm" (as your Ipod clone is different from the models available in this part) enabling check the availability of compatible and revert.
