Firemware Mod --> Filebrowser shows up musicitels

Hey dudes,
I actually use a iPod Nano Clone, 2GB, 1.5" LCD.
I always get pissed off the Filebrowser becaus you didn't see the tracks. Now I saw a iPod Nano Clone like mine, but it's the 1.8" TFT version which has a better filebrwoser which also shows up the titels. The seller also said that they are the only one how had this feature
Quote:

Our Player Comes with the File Select Feature!! Unlike other sellers, our player has the option to browse for your songs!!
Here is the link to the MP4-Player

and also a pic of it

Now my question:
Is it possible to mod the firmeware of a 1.5" player (I know the firmware of the 1.5" Nano Clones are different to the 1.8" fws and between the 1.5" versions are also differenses) to show up the titels like int the firmware og this 1.8" player?!?

Or are there any solutions I didn't know?
(I sometimes make folders called like the musictitel I putted in and so I can see and select the folder throw the filebrowser)

The short Answer si NO

The long one is yes but you can end with a dead player.

First of all backup you firmware and save it in a safe place.

then you can follow the guide about mergin firmwares to ger the music player app from another firmware into yours.

lucky.

k.r.i.s.s.i , as what impeeza had said, you might end up with a dead player should you merge a wrong firmware.

However, if you are adventurous enough and willing to risk your player, there is a guide on enabling the file browser here http://www.mympxplayer.org/how-to-en...er-vt2730.html
