Default NANO Clones OLED what?

All of these players I have fixed are all CSTN displays with EL backlights. I have yet to see a chipod with TFT or OLED.
most of those EBAY ads are bs.
to be sure you have to open it and check the number on the display unit. Most of them are using the NT7502 displays or similar to it.
Oleds or organic LEDs are light emitting devices and most TFT's will use CCFL's or LED's for backlight.

These links are for ppl who's planning to buy MP4 players and should really make an effort to understand these technologies before they buy.
Oleds and TFT's are not cheap due to the type of clean enviroments they require to manufacture and assemble and a lot of chinese companies cannot afford that.
So they use a plain cheap CSTN displays with EL backlights couse they cost next to nothing.
