Virus with mp3 utilities?? :S

I had 3.68 giving me viruses..I uninstalled that and got the most recent one (4.03) but I'm still getting alerts from my virus scanner. =/ I'm not sure why, either, the virus is in a temp folder and I've already manually emptied it once today.
(I've done all of this today, btw)

I'm prodding about a bit now - theres nothing untoward in the rar file itself, I've emptied the folder that was reporting the viruses and am running a scan now. It's very odd how anti-virus programs are picking up this file as a trojan if its not happened before.

So is there a Trojan in MP3 Player Utilites 3.68 ? My virus scanner (AVG) reports it when I start my computer. Should I be worried ?

Well, I'm not entirely sure as I'm no virus expert. However, it's only been in the last month that virus scanners have picked it up. The program has been around for quite some time now.
