skyline.gtr.tg,
To uninstall it you need to delete the folder from the Program Files folder then open regedit and got to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\CurrentVersi on\Uninstall
You will find a series of subfolders with alpha numeric names like this {7784A172-61F1-445E-8368-601607E0DD22} click on each one until you find the entry related to MP3 Player Utilities 3.68 displayed in the right panel, then delete this folder.

You should now be able to install another version.

skyline.gtr.tg, It has only recently started to be reported as having a trojan. The offending files are called DelDrv.exe and DEVCON.EXE. These files also appear in other versions but do not seem to get picked up in virus scans. Removing the files causes problems with the utilities but if you replace them with text files with the same name and extensions everything seems to work ok and you may even be able to uninstall it.

skyline.gtr.tg, When you say "it still says the same thing", what is the message you are getting?

Edit: There may be another entry here HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Installer\Pro ducts\

Deleting the entries will not make the uninstall work but will allow you to manually delete the 3.68 folder and install another version.
