This product is very good...i mostly use it for videos and music.. and it gives excellent quality when veiwing movies,pictures and music videos. I can see clearly the words on the music video that displays the name and the song title. what?.. same feature?.. are u kidding or what?... its far from same. The one at uxcell play amv with 65k colour screen. This rockchip player play avi file with 256k colour screen n support mini sd. But uxcell player dont support mini sd at all. Even the look its diffrent. Rockchip player use joystick.. that uxcell player use normal button.

Its all the same hardware and chipset those RockChip MP4 Player only have different case and slightly different controller/button placement.

I bought mine (similar the top discussed player)
1GB only (330RMB = 41US$) at a retailer in China, GZ.
and if I want to buy more than 20, each of em only cost me 35$ Each.
(I'm not a seller, so I don't buy more than 2 at that time :P)

Any kind of namebrand you want, they're all the same "type" of player, the one that play True AVI (XVID) files and have MINI SD Slot (The one without Mini SD Slot is even cheaper), they just have different case/brand. (Newman, CMD, MSI (fake), Tsinghua, Osmium, Unis, Sundisk (not SanDisk), no brand at all, etc...)

Also yeah, if you're a wholeseller that ship stuff from China to US, for certain you will sell things for Double Profit or even more e.g. UXCell.com Buy 35$ sell 70$. Still wondering "Why so cheap?" I hope not.
In china things are very cheap and they aren't slave labour. They just plain cheap cause labour are cheap and materials are uber cheap.

Anyway, the important thing is that I want to know whether anyone have found a way to mod the firmware to costumize the interface and the Intro/Entro of the player? Thanks in advance

My new 2GB iPod Nano 1.8" TFT screen (ChiPod's) players are cloned/copied almost exactly. You can not even tell it is a chipod. Except it having the bigger screen that is. They even copied the Apple iPod Nano boxes. :lol: I'll sell these like crazy!.



And if you enter the serial numbers from the bottom of the boxes into Apple.com support website they show up as still having months left on the 1 year warranty. lol They somehow think these are registered iPod Nano's. :lol:
