I just ordered one... $235AUD for the m6 + shipping from an Australian ebay seller. I'm pretty excited about it, they look awesome.

Thanks for your information. I will order then the Meizu m6 at houseofdap such as am recommended by Tadad1.Many thanks for this. Now still one question where I can find the newest firmware download then so that the playtime of this player is extended and knows you perhaps a good forum which has been focused especially for the Meizu m6 player.

mikey, The new firmware is due to be released reportedly around the 18th of February to coincide with Chinese New Year.

Hello Tadad1,

do you know how to save photos of my digicam on my meizu player?
and what for cable do i need for this.
Many thanks

mikey, OTG or "On the Go" file transfer is still under development so it is not possible at present to transfer files from your digicam directly to your M6 you will need to transfer them to a PC then to your player.
When OTG is implemented you will need the Meizu external battery pack pictured below. You will be able to plug the battery pack into your player and then plug your digicam into the battery pack.

You could also drag the pictures onto your computer and then into the Meizu's Photos directory as it shows up as another drive in "My Computer"

Re: Meizu m6 miniplayer

I just received my Meizu player yesterday and seriously this player owns them all.

Great sound quality like the chipods and OWNS my 5.5 Gen Ipod.

It's smaller then I thought it would be and quite cute.

Visual animated EQ bars(real based of frequency not fake) when your playing music with the latest firmware upgrade.

You can easily set wallpaper for the backgrounds.

There are just tons and tons of options.

- Easy to set sleep timer
- Supports Playlist which are really easy to make in winamp
- Video playback is decent but the IPOD's 30 frames per second is still the winner here.
- User Define EQ and presets.

I love this thing

I too own the Meizu M6 which they should call the
amazing Meizu M6. Because this thing is the greatest! I love it, it is very versitile, with all of the options. It performs perfectly, and is a great size.
I love my Meizu M6 and can't say to much about it!!

I too have the Meizu M6 and it is superb in everyway. If you are thinking of buying a chipod i would just save up and get the M6, you willl not regret spending the extra $120 or so one bit.
