Having bought from them quite recently, my experience was positive. I received my player, in the US, in a bit under two weeks. It has the memory capacity I ordered and indicated by the firmware. Earlier, in making my choice, however, I emailed them to get product information to which they never responded. So, I would expect little in the way of product support, but honesty and good value from them.
