which firmware?

i have just bought this mp4 player from e-bay..but it doesnt work properly..
i wanna make a firmware upgrade but dont know which one i should use..
and if somebody has the same mp4 player as mine that work properly, could you please upload your firmware here..i really need it..sorry for my english..

mallak, Do not try to upgrade your firmware doing so could easily kill your player. I suggest formatting the player you will find several formating utilities in the Download>Tools section or you can use the MP3 Player Disk Tool that is part of the MP3 Player Utilities.

Can you explain the problem you are having with your player? I'm sure we can help with some suggestions rather than jump straight into flashing the firmware of your player.
