My New MP4 Player. Nexia Chipset

Hi to all!. Yesterday I've bought a new MP4 player, with Nexia NX-5850 chip. The player sound is incredible!, very loud and no distortion.
Player features 128x128 OLED Display (Very clear), a SD/MMC slot
and 1 GB internal memory and records directly in MP3 format from Line In connector/FM Radio/Voice (32/64/128 Kbps).
It plays MP3/WMA and video format is NXV which is propietary format and bigger than AMV.
Very little information is on internet for this device / chip manufacturer.
Chip manufacturer site is in chinese (I believe) www.nxdevice.com with little to no english/spanish.
I canīt find any flash tool, or firmware extractor. I want to change the boot/end screens.
Any help would be appreciated.

My player manufacturer is Satellite Int. Co.

grotondo , nice.. i just went to the Nexia Device website, it's a Korean company. Couldn't find any firmware extractor or tools from them. But i found a list of the specifications for the chip NX5850 you mentioned Here.

Pretty good specs i should say, upto 4GB support, supports .ASF, playlist, lotsa sound effects, and even bluetooth! Cool..

You just said bluetooth? Damn that's neat. But i'm waiting for the Meizu M8 to come out. ;)

hey guys i have a MP4 watch that uses the Nexia 5858 chipset and i wanna do a firmware upgrade or repair for it. For some reason, it doesn't show the list of music anymore even though it shows movies etc. All my music files are still there, i formatted the MP4 twice using the format option in the MP4 player as well as doing it through my computer but still doesn't work.
